PAL MARITIME CORPORATION is a Philippine corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

The company was incorporated under the Philippine Laws in August 1979, and was issued with a license to act as a manning agent in April 1980. The company started its operations in May 1980. As a manning agent, PAL MARITIME CORPORATION is engaged in the selection, hiring and deployment of Filipino Seafarers for the vessels of its various principals.

At present the company provides seafarers to its current fleet consisting of bulk and container vessels.
